Avoid Too Much Sun: As you may know, doing anything excessive is bad. So if, for instance, you want to get beautifully tanned skin, make sure to wear sunscreen. Keeping your face dry can attract breakouts. And, to further keep it healthy and safe from acne, moisturize your face, especially at night.
All these five characteristics are just theories by me and a few others share them. There has obviously been a lack of scientific research so do not take these as being one hundred per cent correct. Although we do plan on doing some professional research on these reasons in the near future and we will get back to you once we have the results.
How much water would you drink in a day? Not enough for healthy body function is the most likely answer, but how come water is so important for the healthy functioning of the skin? The answer simple - water helps to flush out toxins from the body which would otherwise be excreted through the skin which could then lead to further acne breakouts. Water also helps to keep the skin well moisturized and therefore in better condition. Personally, I recommend drinking at least two liters of water a day, spread out over the day and not all in one big go. If possible use a water filtration device to remove any foreign particles from the water which may have a negative impact on your health.
